Tuesday, May 11
8PM
Sugar Maple
441 E. Lincoln
Milwaukee
$10 at door - no advance ticketsAs if Spring weren't enough to be excited about, you can now also get amped about the seventh PechaKucha Night in Milwaukee. PechaKucha Night was started in Tokyo as a non-profit and is now run in 295 cities globally. For the Milwaukee franchise, we donate all the event money above costs to the foundation to help support the global websites and enable the foundation to do greater things.
The 20 (image) x20 (seconds) PechaKucha presentations will include topics such as starting a creative business in Milwaukee, architectual efficiencies, analog synthesizers, education through bike building, cultural acceptance, and much more.
Featuring Emmett Gross, Steve Vebber, Andreanna Drencheva, Jim Schoenecker, Katie Sorenson, Jessica Kaminski, Mike Rohde, and more, this night is not to be missed to get a true glimpse into Milwaukee's creative minds.
Shopkeeper Ken will once again be bringing the good tunes before, between, and after presentations.
